How much of my waste is recycled?
We sort each load and send recyclable material to licensed facilities. Anything that cannot be recycled is disposed of at licensed sites.
Can I get proof of disposal?
Yes. Ask for a waste transfer note when you book and we will send it to you.
How do I check that a waste carrier is registered?
Ask for their registration number and look it up on the Environment Agency public register of waste carriers, brokers and dealers on GOV.UK. The official duty of care guidance says to check for an up to date, valid upper tier registration. Our registration number is shown on our home page, with a link to the register.
What happens to my waste after collection?
